The EEE Department was established in the year 2008 with an annual intake of 60 students, . The Department has requisite number of faculty members, striving to incorporate excellence in theory and practice. The following labs equipped with latest equipment enhance learning experience of the students.

Each lab is constructed with modern facilities. The laboratories not only cater the needs of under graduate and post graduate programme but also are adequate to carry out active research in the entire allied field. The department also has audio-visual facilities with two LCD and four OHP's for effective teaching. AICTE has sanctioned MODROBS Scheme to modernise the Control Systems and Simulation Lab.
Excellent teaching and learning environment will be achieved by focusing attention on scientific assessment of results, encouraging, conducting and participating in seminars, conferences, workshops and entrepreneurship program. Students of our department actively participate in National-level Student Paper Contests being organized at IIT's, NIT's and various other Engineering Colleges. Some of them have also been awarded in these paper contests. The Department is rated as one of the best departments in the Private Sector and is attracting top rankers in EAMCET. The Department is aiming at bringing out a technical - conscious student community and realizing the objectives of Vision 2020.
The vision of Electrical & Electronics Engineering Department is to train the students to have in-depth knowledge of the subjects in the field of Electrical & Electronics Engineering thereby making them develop confidence for R & D activities and for placement in multinational and national companies so that the students will be of immediate use to industry, nation and mankind.
The aim of the course is to turn out full-fledged Engineers in the field of Electrical & Electronics Engineering with an overall back-ground suitable for making a successful career either in industry/research or higher education in India and abroad.
New initiatives are being taken to improve academic performance of students. Efforts are being put to increase the percentage of first classes and distinctions and hence placements.
